Ryanne Sass

As Senior Vice President of Development at Plaza Street Partners, Ryanne is responsible for ensuring thorough due diligence and timely design and permitting is conducted on all projects. Ryanne has established a network of reputable partners such as architects, engineers, surveyors and other various consultants throughout the U.S. which has been a crucial part to a development’s success prior to breaking ground. Her focus on pre-development facilitates a smooth construction start and an on-time new unit opening for the client.

Ryanne grew up in Saint Louis and earned an International Business Degree, with a focus on Business Management and Spanish, from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Since moving to Kansas City, Ryanne has become an active member and ‘big’ with the local community organization, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City.
