Brent Morris, CCIM

Brent began his career in commercial real estate in 1999 with the Trammell Crow Company in Denver, Colorado where he was the Director of GIS Research and worked with brokerage teams on national rollouts and identified target markets for expansion.  In 2001 Brent joined Evergreen Capital & Development, which provided outsourced real estate services and solutions for the multi-unit, multi-market real estate user.  This included services for both franchised markets and corporate markets for Qdoba Mexican Grill, Einstein Bagels and Bassett Furniture.

In 2007, Brent joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker as a retail broker and in 2010 he undertook dual roles as the Second VP of Retail and Manager with the Corporate Services division, where he worked with several retailers on their portfolio optimization strategies across multiple markets.  These clients included Citizens Bank, 7-Eleven, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, FASTSIGNS, and Benjamin Moore.  In early 2017, Brent moved to the development side of the business and joined Plaza Street Partners.

During his brokerage career Brent, has achieved and carried the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.  Brent attained his B.S. from Northwest Missouri State University and his M.A. in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  Brent is married with two children.
