Frazier Bell

CEO

Frazier began his career in commercial real estate in 1986 with Lomas & Nettleton’s Land Development Division in Dallas, Texas where he worked on large‐parcel developments that were entitled, infrastructure was installed and tracts were sold off to residential and commercial developers. In 1989, Frazier joined the Zimmer Companies in Kansas City as an industrial broker and would later become a principal in the company. In 1995, Zimmer’s brokerage operation was sold to Colliers Turley Martin Tucker of St. Louis.

Following a successful brokerage career which included being named the Commercial Salesperson of the Year by the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, Frazier became the managing principal of CTMT’s Kansas City office in 2002 where he would oversee its brokerage, corporate services and property management operations and was later again recognized by the KCRAR as its Realtor of the Year for his leadership accomplishments at CTMT. In 2011, Frazier returned to the development side of the business by developing a 156,000 sf distribution center in Kansas City for a long‐time corporate services client. In 2014, Frazier joined CBC Real Estate Group where he led site selection and development services for Bickford Senior Living, a Kansas City‐area based operator of assisted living facilities and also led CBC’s QSR Multi‐Unit Development practice.

Frazier has been actively involved in Kansas City, both civically and charitably. Frazier is an active member in Young President’s Organization Gold (YPO) and has served on boards for a number of organizations over the last 30 years, including: Kansas City Area Development Council, Downtown Council, KCRAR, Big Brothers Big Sisters, KCPT and Tocqueville of the United Way.

During his brokerage career, Frazier achieved and carried both the SIOR and CCIM designations. Frazier attained both his B.S.B.A. and MBA in finance from the University of Missouri‐Columbia. Frazier is married with three children, two grandchildren, likes to travel and play golf.
