Luke Naccarato

Luke has over a decade of experience in the financial services and real estate industries. His career started in the Management Training Program for Kroger Accounting Services in Hutchinson, KS prior to moving to the Kansas City area in 2009.

Luke then worked for five years at State Street Corporation, where he managed a team that handled over $100 billion in assets for clients in the insurance industry.  He then transitioned to a scientific research and development company where he managed the cost accounting division for clinical drug trials. There, he specialized in revenue recognition and reporting.

In 2020, Luke became Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Plaza Street Partners. His focus has been on driving results through streamlined reporting and data-driven decision making.  He has helped manage all aspects of the PSP portfolio as the company has experienced and sustained growth and success.

Luke attained his B.A. in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University and his M.B.A in Finance and Leadership from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Luke is an enthusiastic local residential real estate investor. He lives in Shawnee, KS with his wife and three children.
